**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, including local businesses, service providers, and professionals, to promote Always Dial's advertising and marketing solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads, understand their business needs, and present relevant products and services tailored to their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Always Dial's advertising packages, features, and benefits to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or direct sales roles, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities, with the confidence to engage with potential clients over the phone and build rapport.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales objectives in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, lead management systems, and sales tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the local business landscape and market dynamics in Ranchi, Kolkata, Gaya, Patna, or Bhagalpur is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards achieving collective goals.
- Fluency in regional languages and English is desirable.
