As most of you don’t have Couple Pictures of their Actors/Actresses / Talents we are fine if you just send it out to the matching ones and ask them to upload the Casting with their Partner!
Talent must have a valid passport with at least 6 months on it.

BRIEFING
Talent need a valid driver's licence and must be comfortable driving both left and right hand drive vehicles.
OVERALL: We’re looking for real people, not the type of people you might usually find in commercials. We don’t want the polished, cheesy couple, and we also don’t want people who are quirky in an addy way.
We’re looking for people with interesting, characterful faces who are comfortable improvising around scenes. They need to have striking, memorable, characterful faces. They need to be up for an adventure.
We are looking for a modern Couple – Male & Female (Early – Mid 40ies years) – only real couples!
We definitely want people who are actually 40+ - people that feel like they already have Kids going to Primary school.
It’s important that they feel like they already have lived a life together.
The woman is a down to earth, independent, professional woman, old enough to have experienced life and is up for living life.
There is depth to her character. Something about her that draws the viewer in. She has a mesmerising face. As a character she draws the viewer in.
She is the one, the viewer wants to follow.
The man is not just a character from commercials. He has charisma. He also has an interesting face.
Something about him that catches your eye. Perhaps he works in publishing or the creative industries. Again we get the sense that there is a lot of
backstory to his life. Together there is a genuine natural chemistry.
NEW
The new script has a physical element to the film.
We see the couple running, jumping into the car, chasing after each other in a playful way, jumping over the sofa, diving around.
So they need to be comfortable with that kind of action, and be athletic.
It would be good to find people who run regularly, they don’t need to be professional athletes, that’s not what we’re looking for, but they should be comfortable with the running / chasing around elements.
We would also like people who are comfortable swimming in the ocean or in a lake.
The important thing is the contrast between the action - this playful chase - and the cast. We don’t want them to look like professional athletes. It has to feel like something they wouldn’t normally do.

Primary Media:
Al existing moving media and digital stills, all Internet (paid, owned, shared and earned, Social Media), TV, CTV (Online TV), trade fairs and events, digital out of home (DOOH), inflight video, Point of Sale (*POS"), Point of Interest (*POI") Press/PR*., etc, incl. unlimited amount of digital stills for digital usage (also incl. if these pictures have been produced by a separate photographer). Only excluded is cinema. [*Press and PR use TV, i.e. including media spends for corresponding placement]
Cast Still Media (al cast) al existing media incl., but not limited to, al Internet (paid, owned, shared and earned, Social Media), digital ads and print ads, OOH/DOOH, Volkswagen press, Volkswagen media partners and third-party press and dealerships, trade fairs, events etc. Usage of the whole shooting Material for an unlimited number of motifs.
Territory (Moving): Europe, excluding geo-blocking for Internet/Social Media =accessible worldwide. Worldwide usage for trade fairs/event
Term (Moving): 6 months, with flexible start within the first
month. Regardless of when the countries start within the first month, the respective duration of the buyouts for each individual country remains unchanged at 6 months! Volkswagen owned/branded/controlled websites and Social Media channels: with retention on the channels indefinitely (unlimited in time) without renewed active use after Term
Territory (Stills): Europe, Turkey, South Korea, Australia, Japan, Taiwan, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand
Term (Stills): 3 years (Active Use from First Broadcast, no flexible start) Volkswagen owned/branded/controlled websites and Social Media channels**; with retention on the channels indefinitely (unlimited in time) without renewed active use after Term.
Secondary Media: Press and PR, valid for footage without cast, unlimited media rights to the Material apply in particular to, but are not limited to, editorial purposes as well as for further processing and use in print, at press conferences, trade fairs, on the Internet (incl. YouTube, social media), at the POS/POl as well as for TV trailers in connection with cooperations (car raffles of the TV lottery and similar) and for the presentation of TV shows ("aktuelles Sportstudio" e.g.), TV advertising.
Training purposes, Right to amend and use the aforementioned Materials ni the context of product training for vehicles in the wholesale and retail trade and for the purpose of associated qualification measures. The product training courses are conducted both by employees of Volkswagen AG, including all plant and production locations and companies affiliated with Volkswagen AG in accordance with Sections 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Law (AktG) as well as by third parties, in particular, but not limited to, sales partners affiliated with Volkswagen.
Worlwide. Unlimited / in perpetuity
If there is a primary Fitting on the 31st of January in London a Flat Fee of 500 Euros will be paied
If there is an additional 5th Shooting it will be at 800 Euros

3rd party usage such as retailer is included.
All cut-length versions incl. stills from the film are paid for with the buyouts.
Initial Buyouts are guaranteed.
Buyouts are paid for within the timeframe of the medium purchased.
All films must be available for use by the client and the agency for their own presentation without any time or space restrictions.
(presentations, in-house events, awards, etc.).
All actors participating in the casting agree to the conditions stated.
