Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:

    • Lead and drive the sales efforts across West Bengal, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential customers, and business partners to increase sales opportunities.
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and segments, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Marketing Strategy & Implementation:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print media, and offline promotions, to generate leads and create brand awareness.
    • Develop localized marketing strategies for each city in West Bengal, taking into account regional nuances and customer preferences.
    • Oversee content creation, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Brand Development & Awareness:

    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints, both online and offline.
    • Position Always Dial as a market leader in our industry by leveraging strategic campaigns, public relations, and thought leadership.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales processes, pitch strategies, and close deals.
    • Track sales performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize sales strategies.
    • Manage and guide the sales team to increase productivity, improve client relationships, and expand market reach.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:

    • Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in West Bengal.
    • Provide comprehensive reports and performance analysis to the senior management, with regular updates on both sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Provide feedback on customer experiences and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Coordination:

    • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
    • Train and mentor team members, ensuring continuous professional growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Event Management & Networking:

    • Plan and organize promotional events, seminars, and conferences to generate leads and promote the brand.
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Experience in B2B services or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Proven experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and market trends to optimize sales and marketing performance.
    • Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Languages:

    • Proficiency in Hindi and English is essential. Knowledge of Bengali is a plus.
  • Travel Requirements:
