Job Description:

Yash Models is looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Casting Director to join our creative team. Whether you're a fresher or have prior experience in the industry, we encourage you to apply. This role will involve assisting in the casting process for various modeling assignments and fashion shows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scouting and selecting models for different assignments, shoots, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with clients, photographers, and designers to understand their casting requirements.
• Review portfolios, headshots, and other materials submitted by potential models.
• Schedule and manage auditions and casting calls.
• Maintain an updated database of models, talent profiles, and availability.
• Handle communication with models and clients regarding casting updates and requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the casting team, including paperwork and record-keeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
