Available Positions

Telecaller

• Role: As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of Always Dial, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering them our services. Your role will involve making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling is a plus.

Counselor

• Role: As a Counselor, you will guide and assist customers in understanding the services that best meet their needs. You will be responsible for providing advice, answering questions, and helping customers make informed decisions.
• Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Experience in counseling, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
