Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding the market presence of Always Dial in Delhi and Agra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify, engage, and close deals with new clients in Delhi and Agra.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
  3. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support and guidance.
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met.
  4. Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings to contribute to the development and execution of company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the tech or service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Delhi and Agra.
