Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Always Dial in Kolkata, Siliguri, Malda, and Jaigaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to expand the company’s market presence in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities in Kolkata, Siliguri, Malda, and Jaigaon.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop strategies for market penetration.
  • Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and approach potential clients to promote Always Dial’s services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned regions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute local marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with new clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
    • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Networking & Relationship Management:

    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Always Dial and expand the company’s network.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Provide input and feedback to improve service offerings based on client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics in Kolkata, Siliguri, Malda, and Jaigaon.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
