Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities in Ranchi and Gaya.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential clients, including local businesses and service providers, to onboard them onto the Always Dial platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Present the benefits of Always Dial’s platform to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to secure business.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns to attract clients.

Networking and Brand Promotion:
- Represent Always Dial at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings in Ranchi and Gaya.
- Promote the Always Dial brand and create awareness of the platform’s value proposition among local businesses.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads and expand the client base.

Team Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Offer feedback and suggestions for improving the platform based on client interactions and market demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong understanding of the local markets in Ranchi and Gaya.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required.
