Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Strategy Development:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities in Ranchi and Gaya.
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and target potential clients, including local businesses and service providers, to onboard them onto the Always Dial platform.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Present the benefits of Always Dial’s platform to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to secure business.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue in the assigned region.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns to attract clients.
  4. Networking and Brand Promotion:

    • Represent Always Dial at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings in Ranchi and Gaya.
    • Promote the Always Dial brand and create awareness of the platform’s value proposition among local businesses.
    • Leverage personal and professional networks to generate leads and expand the client base.
  5. Team Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
    • Offer feedback and suggestions for improving the platform based on client interactions and market demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local markets in Ranchi and Gaya.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
