Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Bhutan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape in Bhutan.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, government agencies, and other potential partners.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Brand Promotion: Represent Always Dial at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications or IT sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhutan.
