Position Overview:
India Career Counseling is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide students in making informed career decisions and assist them with the admission process. The ideal candidate should have a passion for counseling, excellent communication skills, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed information to students and parents about various academic courses, colleges, and career opportunities.
• Assist students in the application and admission process, including filling out forms, preparing documents, and meeting deadlines.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable options.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students to answer their queries and follow up on their admission status.
• Organize and participate in career counseling workshops, seminars, and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.
• Keep updated with the latest admission policies, procedures, and academic offerings of colleges and universities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in career counseling, admissions, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build trust.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and basic CRM systems.
• A bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in education or counseling is preferred.

Salary:
Up to ₹10,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
